Intermittent Fasting and Healthier Life with MS!

Just sharing my success with eating Keto and Intermittment Fasting.
Being back to a weight I haven't seen in ages has me feeling so much better! Of course it helps to be following the Mathew Embry Best Bet Diet helps and some of what I learned from Terry Wahls years ago. It's not easy converting recipes to be compliant with the MS life-style but after years of tweaking, I'm feeling so much better off.
I will not take any "disease modification drugs" since I use foods and supplements to keep my immune system healthy and with that, there's no room to take things that will sabotage it and trigger illnesses.
I'd love to hear from MSers who want to share ideas, exercises, recipes, etc. I don't go on the popular, censoring social media site so much. I think they make enough money. I'd rather visit DS. Seems they have the better notifications on email again!

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body.
