Reply #8 "Do yourself a favor and ask your doc for omega 3 & 6, palmitic, nervoinc, stearic (fatty ) acids testing ...think you may be surprised by results. Are you in the bottom 20% of the population for these fats? Fats you need for thyroid and sex hormones, store vitamin D and myelin...gee isn't this what a lot of you have an issue with? GET TESTED! "

My info on fats go back about 1 1/2 years ago. Finally someone is looking at fats but the LDLs not the HDLs. You need testing here and B vitamins.

Maybe the studies will finally start an investigation of diet and fats. Swank may be able to finally rest easy.
