Not sure if there is a website describing what you want to know, but I just read as much stuff from everywhere and eventually figured out where my lesion was before I had my MRI. I do know that tingling, numbness, loss of movement, weakness, etc. are caused (or at least in my case) by spinal cord lesions. I can't really speak to pain, but do know that in many cases pain is due to nerve damage (nerve pain) or from muscle spasms.
Good luck!

I do not recommend thinking too much about it because it may actually cause non MS related pains in the body. Stay positive and be well.
