Just had to shout this one out- Here in Sunny Perth, Western Australia I just happened to sit with Cate Blanchett today on a 2 seater couch and did not evern realise it was her.
I had a voucher for a day spa called Keturah and went for my treatment today. At the end I sat on a 2 seater couch in the lounge area and thought the women could be a dead ringer for her.
Later at reception I mentioned to the receptioist how this women looked like her when she walked by me.
She said "It is Cate Blanchett but shhh!!! we can't tell anyone. She is apparantly in Perth here to do a play for the Perth festival. Of course i just rang and Txtd all my friends and family-Nah I won't tell anyone LOL
It was funny when she smiled at me I just said "Ahh this is heaven" meaning how wonderful it was to be soo relaxed. I wish I had of known it was her.
How cool it was for her though to go somewhere and for people to think she looks like herself but never in a million years would you think it is the real person.

I often wonder how the celebrity deals with all the attention. She must have enjoyed her day at the spa, which I am sure is a welcomed change.
