Well, the mass in my ovary shows to be a hypoechoic complex mass with hemorrhaging. Ob/Gyn says surgery to remove the ovary is mandated. Not sure yet when this will take place.
As for the MS, my family doc and neurologist both feel the MS is the likely dx for all my symptoms.
All I know is that for the past 3-4 weeks I have had almost constant nausea, dizziness, tremors, and just general weak and tired feeling. I feel horrible. So here's the question. I had one day a few days ago where I felt almost completely normal all day. It was great. Then the next day it was all back. Has this happened to anyone else? I know about relapsing/remitting type stuff where it's there for awhile and then goes away. But feeling great for just one day? Is this possible? Is it normal?

I go through weeks on end with only one or two symptoms, then there are weeks on end with 5-10 symptoms....
in the last 7 months I have only had about a total of a week where I was not experiencing any MS related symptoms....
But for some reason my neuro still won't diagnose me, and start me on meds....
I can't tell you what's normal and what's not- but I can tell you that you're not alone...
Hugs- hope it all works out, and I'm sorry for the other problems you are enduring on top of the MS
I've been feeling quite bad for over a month, but generally bad since April, so I know how you feel...I think.
I'm so angry about it that I cry more and more often now.

Yes, I have had a few (three maybe?) good days over the past few months, but the trend is definitely dizziness, nausea, and fatigue, spiked with that horrid metallic taste. The cool, dry days are best. The worst are the hot and/or humid ones.
