I think i did something wrong when taking rebif, it was in my thigh today, and there was a pretty big blood outpour after, and now there's a bump and it hurts worse than usual.

did i just accidentally not have enough fat or, pop a blood vessel?

Blood vessel. It happens to me every once in awhile. Mostly when i inject my thighs as well. Nothing to worry about unless it happens every time. Then i would wonder.

Next time when injecting into your thigh and you can do this everywhere else, pinch a bunch of skin together to raise the fatty tissue off your muscle. Like have a bit more than an inch wide bit of skin between your thumb and pointing finger. You won't have to worry about going into the muscle. You run the risk of dinging either a nerve (a bit of a sting) or a capillory. Dinging either is no big deal.

I have done this. Please call the MS Lifelines line 1-877-44 REBIF. (877-447-3243 and ask their nurse about this.

Everything is reported as an adverse event. You need guidance on this.

This happened to me and a nurse can guide about what to do the next time. Please get their free help.
