It never fails that I feel fine when I wake up and once I get work I begin to feel like crap as the day goes on I feel a little better get home and somes days I feel better some days I feel like crap after hours. I take the lexapro that helps at times other times it does not. I am at a loss as to what else to do to feel better. Any thoughts insight.

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. Yea...I dont think that helps. Just look at your child and remember that is why you are here on earth and keep fighting for the little person you gave life to. That is what I tell myself everyday.

My doc and I have worked out how to tweak the time of day and amt of the doses so that often I can make myself feel stonger later in the day when the need is there. Have to be careful that I don't take it late enough it will keep me awake. Don't know if that is an option for you, just a thought.
I envy you that you feel well when you first wake up. I'm not civil, and don't like to talk to anyone until I do a jump start with a strong cup of tea, and until the Provigil kicks in. Then I'm good to go.
