i'm a political creature & like to listen to political talk shows--i know you are lin canada-so your politica are not as screwed up as our's are, but you might find it entertaining how screwedf up they have thingsa down south? and of course they are talk shows on a variety of subjects-even comedy....i really like "wait wait don't tell me on saturdasy morning or by internet pod cast. i choppel told me about that radio show.
lots of people here want to find a niche for you...poltics are really a good way to waste time & find the less than bright

you have itunes on your computer to get free podcasts? Radio or Not is a a good one too--nice host, single mom, lots of free subject materiasl to listen to to keep you mind active as you body gets less so.

I have been in a chair for 4 yrs & accepted that it loosing my eye sight & hands that I have to accept.
I have to learn to do other things but what??
I am looking for things to do from bed in the evenings or during the nights when I can not sleep.
Have you checked on line for blind or vision impaired websites to check what their suggestions are?
Have you asked your activities person if they have any suggestions for you for in bed?
