horrible body aches from copaxone? huh??

I have been experiencing really bad body aches and weakness . I have had 2 episodes in 2 months and it last about 3 days. I had never heard of Copaxone cause in the body aches But was recently told by shared solutions that that is a side effect in a very small percentage anygotdy else have this going on??

I was on Copaxone years ago and didn't have any noticeable side effects but I'd be sure to let you doctor know. No need to keep on with something that is hurting you.

I stopped all the meds a few years ago now and I'm treating myself with natural supplements, diet and exercise. I feel much better for not being on any immunosuppresant. I am going to give LDN a try this week and see if it is as helpful for me as I've heard it can be.

Hope you get some helpful info from your doctor. :)

I was on Copaxone for 4 years and got frustrated with it and quit taking it for 3 years. Due to pressure from my doctor and Wanting to take care of myself I went back on the shots but I don't remember them reacting that way on me when I was on it before. However I was still trying to work at the time and everything was just a big blur of agony in Misery. And I am like you I don't like the idea of supressing my immune system I hate all of the shots. I just called my neurologist and left a message I'm sure they will call me back and tell me to stay on the stupid shots

I'm on Copaxone also & I have horrible body aches also...I go to the doc on Thursday & we'll see what happens..I wish u the best on this & the wonderful holidays!!!

of course my neurologist nurse call me back today and said that the shots were not causing that ,it was a virus. all doctors say that when they don't know how often do you get these body aches?? Copaxone is not known for body aches but the shared solutions nurse said there is a small percentage of people that do you have that from time to time. my horrible body aches have lasted 3 days in this is happened on 2 occasions within 3 months. I have tried all the shots and I do not do well with any of them they make me very sick but I have never had this before with Copaxone. the shared solutions nurse told me they did change the formula a while back and supposedly people are having less body aches but seems funny that I am now having them. is this something I am going to have a problem with frequently how often do you guys get this horrible body aches and weakness that puts you in bed for 3 days??
