I don't really know how to start this off so I'm just saying Hey I guess. I was diagnosed with MS 4-5 days ago and I'm 16 years old in the middle of midterms to say I'm a bit upretty would be fair right. It started a couple of month ago end September with optic neuritis. The hardest part of that was me not being able to roll my eyes at people without getting a pain shot to my eye. I was referred to the neurologist and got all the usual tests recently got a lumbar puncture which hurt a lot. I don't really know what to do with myself my friends know my family knows (even though my dad is in denial). I just still feel very alone.

What’s the biggest challenge in your life right now?

1. Find an in person support group
2. Change your diet right away. No gluten, no dairy. It will be tough, but you will feel a remarkable change.
3. Find a good treatment regime and get on it.
4. Find a good exercise regime.
You are going to do great. Don't let MS beat you!
If you didn't get upset about this diagnosis, you just wouldn't be human. I still get upset every now and then. ♥
