Oh yes! I've had weakness in my hands as well as numbness and tingling... I get weak almost everywhere, it's rather annoying, I would def report it as a new symptom. I'm in the middle of a flare up and I can not grip or hold anything for the life of me :( Hope your weakness goes away!!

I have been searching the board for this topic, I noticed my right hand was not as strong as my left and of course I write, drive and do everything with this hand. Very annoying.

It's a good idea to keep track of all your symptoms and share them with the neuro. Worst case scenario, he would tell you it is a case for the GP or something. Mine likes to know of everything - you never know what is relevant to the neuro but hopefully, they do. :)

I've had this problem. I couldn't sign my name legibly for a few weeks last winter. I could barely make out my own hand writing.

The problem did sort itself out on it's own reasonably fast. It was more a nuisance than anything. You can report this to your neuro right away, but there isn't anything he can do.

Just make a list of things to bring up with your neuro for your next appointment.

If it does worsen, then call.

I've had the problem w/ my right hand and right ankle. They both feel weak and tremor @ times. I've not called my neuro b/c until I cannot walk or write, I'll just add that to my list for my neuro who I will see in October. It never stays for 24 hrs. so I've just pushed it under the rug. Not saying that is the right thing but it's what I do. I do wish you well though.
