This is a little personal and I'll try to be as delicate as I can so please bear with me. Not too long ago I had a flare that finally went into remission. I had a lot of problems with spasms and this time it hit in my lower back. My libido rolled over and died partially from the pain and partially from the meds, so when I finally felt frisky hubby and I gently took advantage of it.
Except half an hour after the fireworks exploded I started having pelvic floor and rectal spasms.
The big O turned into the big Oh holy crap that hurts to sit!
A muscle relaxed, a heating pad and a donut-not the kind you eat- and three hours later, it let up.
Anyone out there have something similar happen, and if so what did you do?
Thankfully hubby wasn't home so he doesn't know about the spasms, but I've never had it happen after getting frisky.
