I don't miss the falling!
marilyn4342, do you take anything for spasmas?
On your foot turning in, it sounds like foot drop to me also, just like marilyn reported she experiences. I'm sorry you are dealing with this. I don't know much about it, but I understand there is some kind of brace your doctor can put you in to help your foot go straight. I think it is called an orthodontic or something like that.
Both these issues sound like something that should be reported to your neuro.
If I wasn't doing that I would stomp & clomp as I walked & teeter-totter back & forth as I walked...with "Lead-jello legs that buckled underneath me every so often as I walked. My walker was & still is a Godsend when it keeps me from falling over, but so much "fun" when I fall flat out, walker on top of me!
As far as the pain in my legs...I pretty much go to bed & wake up nightly with it...When I wake up I can barely feel the bottom of my feet they are so numb, but slowly learning to walk better from PT (even though I have to do that outside of PT on my own now...long story, yay medi-cal...not!...but I've learned to not give up, so that's something), anyway, slowly learning to walk better, even though I could of used more PT, cause the leg pain is still there, well, the leg pain has gone down maybe 1%...so, hey, that's something, right...so just keep at the positive things in life is what I'm saying.
Take care,
Stay sane!
Take a look, it's an eye opening video. Sure it hits home with many of us...

Thanks again, you are all so great about this.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I plan on wearing braces this evening to stretch my calf muscles.
I had a really weird experience with this just the other day. I was sitting at the computer and my calf muscle in my right leg started twitching. The next thing I know it felt like my foot was broken. I couldn't walk or put any weight on it for 20 minutes. It was so scary. Happens when I am driving sometimes too which is even worse.
*HUGS*
Have a good day dear
Kath
