I also have this cream that you rub on your feet called "Feet Relief". It helps also.
Then again, there is the homeopathic remedy called Arnica Montana. You can buy it as a spray called "Arnica spray". You can find it for sale online and it is made by Hyland's. It help some too.
Most important are the shoes. While it is nice to not wear them, it is not practical. I've found a couple of different brands of Birkenstocks which are very wearable with any outfit and give a lot of support. They have backstraps so they cannot come off real easy nor accidentally slip off.
This is not a good problem to have and I have no other solutions to help with it except stay off your feet when this problem gets very bad. Sometimes it helps, other times it doesn't.
If all else fails, I hit the pain with morphine which works pretty good as long as you don't overdo it and become dependent upon it.
I wish I had better advise for you but I don't.
