In the meantime try aloe vera gel or lotion or tea tree lotion, they are sunburn lotions/gel & ease the sting. May sound weird but that will sometimes sooth it depending on where it is.
if so it could be it.
When we are warm our lesions swell so our symptoms can be a bit worse.
Yrs ago before I found out I have MS I would feel a spot on my leg that felt like a bug ran over it. I have had a pinching / itching/ stinging / felt like needles going in. / and what I call an itch needle (an intense spot of itch)
so the warmer weather could be making some of your symptoms worse.
There might not be much you can do about it though
