Since my last episode of ON in my right eye, I notice my right eye is rathe more sensitive to sunlight. I think I have a reason to wear sunglasses, but I still forget & only remember them when my eye starts aching. I'll get it right by winter IO suppose, thren I will always grab by sunglasses as I go out the door :( Timing is everything!
Yep MS does. It took me a month to figure out MS was happening during my last episode of ON and even in hindsight, I really don't know how I could have shortened that time?
don't know what else to say, except I hope you find out which it is soon and it resolves soon also.
If I've learned nothing else in the past two weeks since starting the research on this condition, it's that no two of us are exactly alike. That item alone gets on my nerves.
My opthamologist told me I have Dry Eye. He put plugs in my eyes, which helps but they fall out over time. He also recommended a warm compress 5-10 minutes three times a day in addition to eyedrops and TheraTears nutrition, http://www.theratears.com/nutrition.aspx. I also use an eye gel for night time, http://www.bausch.com/en_US/consumer/visioncare/product/drops/moistureointment.aspx.
The warm compress seems to help the most. I use a hand towel, rolled, wet in the middle, and warm it in the microwave for 50 seconds.
Good luck!
Whatever this ends up being, it might warrant a visit to the ophthalmologist to get it checked out.
I hope you feel better.
