Thanks for posting this btw. I was wondering if there was a link. My symptoms (no dx yet) are so much worse when my blood sugar is low.
High blood sugar promotes inflammation and low blood sugar is linked to nerve cell death in diabetics.
A link makes perfect sense in my opinion.
I definitely notice a worsening of symptoms when my blood sugar drops. I am one of those people who doesnt notice that his blood sugar is low until its very low, especially if I drink caffeine, then I get a worsening of symptoms plus anxiety.
Its very important to keep the blood sugar even without spikes and drops, and to do that you need whole grains and vegetables and not processed white flour and sugar.
