I need a little insight from you all. I am tryin to not go to my neurologist until I am off work for the summer which is May. But lately I feel fine waking up etc once I get to work the fatigue starts, I can't say I have a stressful or busy job. My question is this is their a vitamin or anything else anyone recommends for fatigue such as this.

I supplement my 400 mg of Provigil daily with coffee all day long, I have a pot in my office.

I have to agree with coffee! For me Provigil was good at keeping my eyes open, but did not fill me with energy. The same for the Adderall, I hate to say. Maybe you will find the react differently for you, as everyone responds differently to drugs (medications). Si

Well I drink a cup before work and then I take my small travel mug and drink it plus a soda or two daily.

I forgot to add that LDN lowered my fatigue, and increased my stamina. the only DMD you can take with it is Copaxone, and many neuros won't prescribe it for you. Mine did, but when she learned I was ONLY taking LDN and no other DMD, she said she would only prescribe IF I added Copaxone along with it! Your PCP can prescribe also, though, as many have had more luck with the PCP than the neuro. MY PCP just asked "What does Dr. Wray (my neuro) think?"

caffeine works for me, I drink a bottle of green tea and I am flying high, if you dont like tea, there is this stuff I drink that has the flavor of berries, its pretty good

I would suggest you try a vitamin B complex. In the past when I was really fatigued the Dr. gave me a b12 shot. Many of the multi vitamins for women have the extra b's. Good luck!

Provigil works for me but the only way I can get it, is when I go to Neuro. and he gives me boxes of samples. My Ins. won't pay for it.
So I usually take a half tablet and only take it when I really need it when we are going away or something just to make them last longer.

B 12 complex and lots of it I take 3 1000units a day.
