Ok anybody out there extremely jumpy with loud noises? I've noticed it gets bad when I'm in a flair. I went to the gun range with my husband and every time someone shot my whole body jumped. It was worse then sleep jerks. My husband thought it was funny but I was embarrassed. My arms would fly up, legs would kick out, ok it was kind of funny.
Then out of the blue it would stop for 1-2 shots & start over. I remember one time my dog barked when I had bread in my hands & I threw them in the air.
Also no problem with fireworks this year but a few years back the same thing happened.
Just curious if anyone else has this. I do have hyperflexia but I thought that just was reflex related.

ohhh..
i mean how awful to think thats funny!!
sleep jerks are awful rude thats for sure..
this may explain why my husbands broken volume
control makes me cringe and edge away from the
sound comin out his mouth!!
... maybe.. had not thought to blame MS! thank you!
i am super sensitive to loud sounds and cant control
it... i cringe and kinda shrug away from the noise...
too much of it and super almost make me whimper
headache sets in..
this also reminds me of my response to the MS
diagnoses ... "so after all this time it really is in my head?!"
i thought that was funny of me .. hubby .. yeah ... not so much..
