I just came across this today. . .legit or gimmick?

To be honest, I'd never heard of earthing! So, I did some research and came across this journal article:

Looks like earthing might be legit. Would love to hear personal stories of how it worked/didn't work.

Fascinating! I already prefer to be barefoot (everywhere), and now I have a reason to do it outside :)
