Does Llhermites Mean Spinal Lesion?

Hi i am wondering if the llhermites sign means you have a spinal lesion. i have had this sign for a few weeks but my c spine mri is clear. my doc said that there can still be leions there since this symptom just started. Just wondering if you all have any thoughts

My Neuro has noted that I have more activity currently going on in my spine, and I know that I am having more trouble with the L'Hermittes Sign as well, so, not being a doc., I can't give a medical answer, but, I can tell you that I have been dealing with the L'Hermittes sign now for a while. I tend to have the most trouble if I dare to look downward. But, I am also dealing with trouble when I look to the left or right. Mostly when I look to the right. I am also dealing with "snapping" in the neck, and wondering if that has anything to do with the L'Hermittes Sign too. Or if it has anything to do with the spine lesions. It crack-pops many times a day, and I just don't know what to think.
I did not "injure the neck or spine"...but, I wonder if the activity in the spine has anything to do with that too?
