1st--I got my rt rear bottom jaw tooth pulled TR. It has hurt like hell & has been very very swollen! Woke up yesterday morning & my bottom lip was fat as hell!!! And, my jaw with it! Looked like I'd been in a fight & like some guy had decked me good with his fist! Been sleeping a lot & taking pain meds! I have a big knot in my face where the tooth root was! Never had one to make my jaw & face & lip swell up like this! Left message for Dentist but have not heard back from him! I'm sure they will call me in the morning!

So then, I had to go all the way up two counties the next morning to see my RA with bad jaw & all!!! :) Chaser went with me! My dog! He goes with me each time! Doc there really likes him! So does his staff!!! :) I'm glad!

I wanted to talk to him about some things, like the MRI's I had ask for & we had talked about earlier! The neuro up there said for him to do it! And, he didn't want to right then, & said that he would leave that up to the MS doc! But MS doc won't see me! And, she's the only one here! So I got nobody to see me for my MS cept my RA doc! Which is also an internal specialists! And, my sleep doc!

So I told him, Look Doc! MS doc ain't going to see me, obvioulsy, so that means I ain't going to be seen or treated for my MS by anybody but you! So here's the thing! I still need that MRI of my T Spine! And, I really need that done!!! So since nobody else is going to do it I still need you to do it! Can you just go ahead & order that for me, so I can find out what it says & what the results are!? So he said, SURE!!! I'll do that for you! So he ordered that & another one of my C-spine too! And, he was asking me about the brain, but he didn't order that part yet, but I'm going to call him tomorrow & see if he will add that to it, cause it's been about a year now on that & things could have changed, easily!? So I'm having it done at the hospital up there!

Then, he asked me about my sleep again! Which I was hoping that he would because I've been needing a hose & mask forever now!!! Like over a year now!!! And, he has talked & hinted at it for some time now but nothing has been done! So I said, Look! I have a mechine, & all that! All I need is a new hose & a new mask, if you can just order that I can go ahead & get that & then be using my mechine to help with my sleep apnea! Cause he keeps wanting me to use one & keeps asking me about my sleep! And, I keep telling him that I don't sleep & that when I do it's total shit!!!

He asked me again how I was sleeping! And, I told him not worth a shit!!! Because of everything that is happening & that is going on in my life! Many things! Like: the sleep apnea. And, esp... this MS related shit!!! And, then my tooth/teeth! The recent death of my dog! This past week esp.. has been a nightmare!!! And, just since I've seen him I've had at least two really really bad exascerbation type attacks & then that whole thing with my legs & back! I am having sciatic nerve problems now & it's been killing me! Never had that before!!! But since that last attack with that MS type exacerbation where I woke up in hell with both legs spasing & both arms & I couldn't walk w/o two canes & really not then! I needed a wheelchair but didn't have one!

I told him that I need an MRI of my lower back because I'm having severe problems with my sciatic nerve, esp.... in the rt leg, rt side & lower back! And, that I am sure that I have a bad disk problem causing that & that I need one of that area to check on that! He said to get my new family doc to order that one! And, to check out my sciatic nerve & see if she would do it!?

So anyway! I'm getting 2 MRI's done as of right now! T spine & C-Spine! Already had C-spine done before & I don't think that that will be any different!

I think that if I have any lessions that they are in my T-spine! I have thought this & said this for a long time now & yet none of the damned doctors have done an MRI of that, even though a large number of MS folks do not have any in their brain or neck but instead have them in their T-spine! I mean I don't know about all of you guys!? But I have talked to quiet a few MS'ers here & most of them had their lessions to only show up in their T-spine! They have none in their brain, & none in thier C-spine! But most of them here seem to have it in their T-spine!

I don't know!? But that's the feeling that I had about my own for a long time now! And, it's the one place that they have not checked!

So anyway I will be having it done on the 20th of next month & then I will be having a visit with his NP after the tests! This will be the 1st time I've ever seen her! I've always seen him! I like seeing him! Anyway! I'm going to call & see if he will just add another updated MRI of the brain with it! And, just do it all in one day! Because going up there usually takes up an entire day for me anyway, & it's a long way there & back for me, so I just want to get it all done at one time on one day & just get it out of the way!

So I am very happy about that!!! And, then I was going to talk to him about the whole sleep thing & ask him if he could just not go ahead & write a script for the mask & hose!? But then he brought it up! Great! So I got a script for that! And, there's a place right there in that same bld that does that, so I went right there & got it right then! So, I slept with it both nights this weekend!

Friday night I was totally wiped out!!! Between the stuff with my dog, the tooth the day before & being gone an entire day to his office & then getting the mask & hose, & then I had to stop & do grocery shopping on the way home & then bring it all in & put it all up when I got home. Then eat, & feed my babies.... I was about to drop dead in the floor from sheer exhaustion!!! So I took my pain meds--all through the night for my jaw.... And, I slept until 3 the next day! Slept like a baby when I slept! Not as good last night!

But hopefully I will sleep good tonight! That new hose & mask really helps! I meant to ask him for some PT, but I forgot, so I think I will ask for that when I call up there tomorrow!? I have a place rt up the street from me & they have a pool! I would like to get some pool therapy!? Mostly for my spine!

Mostly rested this weekend & caught up on my house chores!

Well! Just wanted to give an update on how thing went with my RA Friday! It went well!!! And, I was quiet pleased!!!
