defining an attack

I am curious here and wonder, want your inputs. I started my symptoms in January, was diagnosed late February, started treatment then too. So... how long have I been in this exasperating exacerbation? I think since it started in January but my doctors office says when I started treatment end of February.

I dont know what the "right" answer is... but I say it started when the symptoms started.

i would agree with that. my first attack started off suddenly and got worse before it got better. it lasted over 2 months before i went into remission.

GREAT question! I felt burning behind my knees for several months. Then hands got stiff....this all hapened within a 10 month period. Now I am just tired all the time.

I go to work 3 days a week cleaning houses, then sleep the rest of it. (Kidding). But I do love my naps!

I have no idea what type of MS I have. Either the RRMS or the one that just gets profressivly worse day by day....I am gettin gscared. I think it's the second one...anybody got an answer?
