This is wonderful news. It is nice that this organization actually does what they say they will do, and you receiving a cooling vest demonstrates just that. While I can't afford to purchase a cooling vest myself, I make too much money to apply through this program for one free. Seems they should make them available for all MS patients - that would be nice and a good resource of their funds.

How was the sizing, does it fit good? From your picture, it does not appear that you are a "petite" man,. Does it keep you cool? How does yours work?

It's so nice to hear some good news on this Board for a change. I'm getting tired of the gloom and doom. Thanks for posting!

This has been a pet peeve of mine with the MS Society, so much so that I discontiued making our annual donation each year. This used to be a triple play for the society. We had a donor matchig dollar for dollar that was donated, and my wife's work also matched. So if we donated $1,000, the MS Society ended up receiving $3,000. We decided to keep our donation to buy items such as wheel chairs, scooters COOLING VESTS, etc.

Any time I every appled for scholarships or such, we were turned down. I did not know we were so rich! LOL
