Hi, I hope I haven't asked this before, my memory is shot. I know most people with MS have sharp nerve pain, weakness, tingling pain, I have that too but it comes and goes and is very mild. My pain is a constant pain that feels like bone pain in my upper arms and legs, it never goes away and brings my to tears sometimes. Does anyone else have this? Is this a normal symptom of MS? or could it be something else? I had to call in sick from work today because it was so bad, and it is also in my feet, I can barely walk when I wake up in the mornings. UGH!

I've had episodes of sharp shooting pains through my bones like growing pains as a kid. I get these often but they don't last long. Before I was Dx, I remember screaming in bed at night feeling like someone was ripping the muscles from the bones in my legs (again thank God) that has only happened a few times.. so yes, bone pain is common but the fact yours is constant is reason for concern. It could be all nerve related but you might wanna mention it to your neuro. Also, are you on any Meds or CRAB drugs that could cause this? My new MS injections give me deep bone pain/aches if I don't take Tylenol before/after injections..

Bon- I apologize I did just read that you have not been Dx as of yet.. Hang in there.. it takes time but please keep a detailed daily journal of your symptoms for your upcoming appointment.

Yes Chicklette, that is exactly how I feel. Dairyfree, I know I need to keep a journal of all my syptoms, I'm not great at that, but I will start doing it. Thanks so much.
