I have leg and arm spasms. But as of late I get complete body spasms.
Yesterday I was making my bed and halfway through everything went haywire. My headache shot up to a 10 on the pain scale. My neck was so stiff and hurt so bad. My shoulder and back was in such spasm, my fingers, toes, hands, feet, arms, legs, chest, face, torso, entire body went into spasm. Horrific pain.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
I seem to stay on constant spasm of some level all the time anymore.
I have tried all the muscle medications and am taking magnesium.

Once it hurt so badly and lasted so long that I told my husband to call 911. Of course, by the time they got here the spasms had subsided.
Ask your doctor for a plan (and prescriptions) for when these happen. My doctor gave me a prescription for a high dose.
