E Exercise do something to increase your activity levels
N Nutrition eat a healthy and well balanced diet
T Timely medication & symptom management seek help and ask for advice
I Intimacy and sexuality important to address if issues exist
A Accessing emotional and physical support through MS Australia, Peer Support , Family or friends
L Employment either paid or voluntary get involved
S Social & family Connections seek out a supportive environment
And there are also ESSENTIALS for the Christmas Season;
E Everything in moderation
S Spiritual Connection, revisit the meaning of Christmas for you
S Share the load, dont do everything yourself
E Eliminate anything not necessary
N Naughty & nice, its okay to have a little of each
T Time out, plan your rest breaks and take them!!
I Initiate new traditions that work for you
A Adjust your expectations, be kind to yourself
L Let others take a turn
S Stop and take stock, the end of the year is a great time to stop and think about
how you would like the new year to look.
Are there things you would like to start in 2012? Exercise? Meditation? Relaxation?
Are there things you need to change? Priorities? Unrealistic expectations?
As you reflect on the year finishing, I hope that it has been a good one for you, and as you head into a new year, I hope you have plans and idea on how to make it even better.

Hope everyone had a Great Christmas & were able to do whatever they most enjoy.
Happy New Year too. Lets wish for a cure for ms very quickly, at least something to stop it in its tracks would be good too.
All in Aus, try to stay cool. We are sure getting some weird weather!
