Hi all,
I'm just thinking of starting a bike exercise program. I went out briefly today and my muscles are still a little shaky still after not too long of riding. Do you think this will improve? What are your experiences?

it can be embarrassing, because it makes me look like im struggling after like 2 reps, but it's just because i shake, so i'm not sure if yours will ever get better
i say you should still bike ride though!
