BIOTIN STUDIES -Help for Progressive Forms of MS

Again, I'm hearing that large doses of BIOTIN (a vitamin B), helps stop Progressive MS and has turned it around in some cases.  Well, I'm not waiting for big Pharma to be endorsed by the FDA for the safety of their new "drug," I'm going to get right back on the regimen I've been slacking off from taking.  BIOTIN STUDY ARTICLE

I take a one-a-day vitamin and it has Biotin 300 mg. listed. Now I'm confused-more?

I've found it tricky to find biotin in that large a dose. Generally, what is sold is in "mcg" units. The Biotin in itself is readily available but not in large doses, at least not that I've found. 100 mg tabs are pretty expensive. Any ideas on where to look for higher doses?

    I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital.  I don't think that we will have her much longer.  She is very frail.  Now she needs help eating.  So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying.  I think crying releases toxins into my body.  I also worked up a sweat at the gym...
