Look into MRT sensitivity test or IgG antibody test that finds chronic allergies that you can avoid.
1.)skin testing(I think compared to other test out there this 1 sucks)
2.) IgE testing
3.) IgG and IgE
4.) mediated response test (MRT) for food sensitivities.
MRT actually looks like the best one..so far. It tests for prostaglandins( PGs), Leukotrienes (LTs), histamine, cytokines that then trigger IgM, IgA, IgG, IgD, etc responses.
I am glad to see you are going to an immunologist. None of his neuros ever suggested this but I thought it should be mandatory for autoimmune diseases such as MS.

If you are going to take it, talk to a doctor you trust about it. If it boosts your immune system and your immune system is already in overdrive attacking your body, I do not understand the theory of taking it. I would be careful.
