Crisis means in danger of SUICIDE, SELF INJURY or HARMING OTHERS. For serious but less critical matters please post on the General Board, more people will see it there.
If you are in Crisis, dont reply on an old thread, start a new one, so we will see it.

2.4 Consider voluntary hospitalization seriously.
3. Dealing with Voices
3.1 When you have voices, the thoughts which come into your head are probably what you find most frightening and make you feel guilty.
3.2 If you can release these in some way, you are halfway there. This will relieve the tension and the stress.
3.3. The most important thing is to try and physically relax when the voices are at their worst.
3.4 If you can remember when you were free of the voices, return to that time and think about it. This will help counteract the voices.
3.5 Try and think of a way out of the dilemma the voices are putting you in. Try an argument in your head with which the voices cannot argue.
3.6 Busy yourself doing things which you can do automatically; do not try anything which requires concentration as this will only frustrate you.
3.7 Crying can help. Make yourself cry until you can cry no more. This in itself will help relieve stress.
3.8 This link will download a pdf from another site http://www.hvnnsw.org.au/pdf/strate...

4.3 Try to get their phone number. This is important for 2 reasons, you can talk to them and keep them calm but the other is to give to the number to the local police/emergency services. If you can get there First name that will help but you can use their screen name if no other option is available.
Keep them talking. Don't let them go until the ambulance gets there and you know they're in good hands. If you can get the Hospital to which they will be transported.
4.4 See if you can find a CL online. They can alert DS admin.
