I have sorta the same thing. My problem is my heels they feel like someone stabbed me in my heel and I cant walk on them sometimes. My doc gave me meds to help it.

This is my situation as well - my feet feel half way between asleep and burning most of the time and because my leg muscles are so spastic my legs are always hurting.

My newest problem is that my right foot turns out when I am walking because it is easier on my foot/ankle muscles - I'm sure I look charming gimping along with my foot out to the side!

Oh, I forgot to mention that Cymbalta seems to help (not fix) the neoropathic pain - this is what my Neuro says this pain is.

my feet has always been my biggest problem.
I have even went as far as going to the ER being convinced my foot was broke before. my pain goes back and forth from burning pain to aching pain.

I have gone from lower leg aches to extreme on and off ankle pain. I just started Lyrica yesterday and Provigil for fatigue...waiting.

OMG!!! The foot pain has been so bad at times that I could barely walk! I still can't walk barefooted. Valium is the drug that works best for me. I also use ice packs whenever I get any pain or spasm. Ice even works better sometimes than any drug. I go to bed with an ice pack(the kind shots come with or that you put in lunch boxes)beside my bed at night just in case I wake up with a back spasm, which happens often and ice is the quickest cure and I don't have to get out of bed. Sitting my feet of one of those is marvolous too!!!
