I was standing at my kitchen sink thinking I might have a goo day. All of a sudden my back tightened and I screamed out in pain. I have never felt pain like that before. I was able to get on the floor but it made i much worse. Wth the help from my son I was able to get up. I took a neurotin and tizanidine which knocked me out for hours. When I woke up the pain was a little better but, still there so I sat on a heating pad until I could not take it anymore.. I ended up in bed by 630 but, even laying down I was uncomfortable. I did end up taking more meds.
Has anyone experienced this before? And what did you do. Please help, this scared me.
Thanks Diana

I also worked up a sweat at the gym...

Sorry to hear you felt that bad. I had back pain and spasms for the first time last month, it was an UTI!! Once I started meds, my pain and spasms went away within 24 hours. Pain was so much I thought my kidney was in trouble, thank God not.
Keep us posted, the picture is beautiful
