Also, does trying to get from point A to point B count as exercise? Cause lately, I have been having allot of pain & trouble walking trying to do just that, so I consider that pretty much exercise. :-)
Hey, I know it's a serious matter, but if you can't laugh at it sometimes, then all it will become is a dire situation & who needs that? I choose to be positive as much as positive.
My point I guess with the above, was that, I don't think I could do Yoga, unless I fell over from fainting...So, I do allot of Yoga positions lately.
But seriously, my legs are too sore & numb at the moment to bend right to the Yoga positions. I would love to be able to. It would be a cool goal to work up to some sort of light Yoga once I start Physical Therapy soon. That would be neat to know my body has progressed past this beat up state it's in at the moment...Fancy goals are awesome to strive for!
I also want to simply walk & not keep fainting. That would be super-awesome!
I don't know any Yoga vids. But man! I admire you all that can have the stamina still to do that stuff!
Take care,
Stay sane!

Which is specific for MS patients that want to do yoga. I do 3 poses before bed at night, just to keep myself moving/stretching. I would really recommend this book.. It has chair poses for people wheel chair bound. It also has all the regular yoga poses, but most of them it offers a "beginners" version for people who can barely do more than sit or stand, so that you can work your way up (or not) to the "real" yoga pose. I do it sitting down on my bed every night.
Belue, you mentioned falling over doing downward dog.. Me to! I get dizzy if I put my head down. I get fatigued if I do any standing poses. So I usually only do the ones I can do while sitting or laying on my bed.
Whether you use a book or a video, yoga can be great exercise and very relaxing.
The jokey comments are fine, laughter is said to be the best medicine, but it was a real question, and I am really looking for a DVD which I can get and use.
