I think we should start a summer compound up in the artic, especially before global warming gets even worse.
The bonus-beautiful northern lights.
The first heat wave this year was a bear, but it's not as bad, anymore.
The heat in Dallas isn't as bad; what kills me is the massive shift from outside to the 68-73-degree offices.

A few days into my holiday we had gone shopping and i felt weird not well. Anyway quite suddenly i simply couldnt see out of my left eye, it was like a shutter had gone over my eyeball it was the most scary thin g that has ever happened to me. I remember grabbing hold of my husband practically in hysterics.
My sight came back quickly though and I almost felt after a few more days that I had imagined in.
When i got home to the UK it was July and it was quite hot. I had gone for a catch up with my daughter you know gossip, when it happened it again. It freaked me out. My daughter calmed me down and again it went.
Saw my GP and he didnt even check my eyes and just shrugged it off as POSSIBLE LOW BLOOD PRESSURE ...............fume.
Needless to say i changed my doctor, who has in the last 2 years taken me very seriously.
Anyway as to heat, no hot baths anymore, dont do heat as it wipes me out and makes my symptoms more pronounced until i cool down again.
I even hate the winter when the heating goes on, and will not have the radiator on in my bedroom as it makes me too hot and I just lay in bed with my legs fizzing and burning for England LOL.
