It hurts all of us in here terribly when we get the memories...but afterward? It's somehow lighter inside the headspace.

sarah was able to talk a little about the memories, and our therapist helped us with it. not much, but enough for now, and at least it's a start I guess.
also, ended up in hospital again overnight last night. because the memories were too much. but couldn't tell the Dr. that . . .
