sometimes I don't know who I am. I just think 'it's me', whatever. I know some people do know who is out and have the separate names. Like if I'm being very skeptical and cynical I just think that is me. I don't realize that it's the one I call Janis till I switch and look back and think about it.
It'll be interesting to see what perspectives your gf has. Maybe she can describe the way you're acting and then you can tell which one that is. Do your alters have telltale things about them?
