as for the other feelings that is very common to have "body memories" like the trauma is happening again. maybe thats whats happening to you. the best thing i have found is holding a handful of ice. the cold feeling might ground you back into reality.

I agree with john that a good therapist locally is the best one to consult with about that, and, if it is a memory, to help you through it. If it is like a dream type of thing, well, same thing, a good local therapist is the best one to help you through it.
