There's been alotta bullshit and drama/ threats ( just total shit) goin down everywhere. Just yelling til kingdom come and fucking being attacked physically and mentally. Having to deal with some alters bullshit and torture, fucking exhausting. We havent slept in 5 god damn days! Nightmares and total mania and paranoia. Just everything mentally flying through the fucking roof! Everyone cept me is dormant, hiding ( lucky son of a bitches!) but whatever, guess someones gotta deal with this. We've been throwing up and in pain all week. Insane pains. Feels like the body is getting ready to shut down. Fuck our lives. :/ forget them! Ella, it sounds like all of you are going through a really hard time at the moment especially you as you are the one having to deal with the aftermath of decisions made my other alters. My psychologist tried to point out that I should just let chris16 participate in as much negative behaviour as he likes and then deal with the consequences. What idiots like him dont realize is that they dont deal with the consequences. They just walk off and let the protector/core personality deal with the consequences and those consequences can be bloody harsh sometimes. i wish i had a sympathetic word to say to you but im not going to bore you with that bs, because sometimes it seems to take an eternity for things to get better. just know that you have friends here who are willing to support all of you so anytime you need a break let the internals out. let them scream, shout, curse, and know that you will all have a home here for eternity.

from your posts here i have huge respect for your strength and determination, but given the above symptoms - would a visit to the docs be appropriate, just in case it's something that might respond well to medical attention?
