welcome to the group. It's not especially active at the moment, but there are lots of good people here that would share many of your experiences and can offer you support.
Does your therapist know you are Multiple? Or are they helping you with your other conditions? I'd imagine you'd still be getting benefit from your sessions with them, even if it is only on your good weeks? Therapy seems to most often be a long term commitment?
