One of our littles (Missy) had a hard time telling someone the first time too, but after she did, she felt so good because some of the lies she was told became clear for what they were and had less hold on her. I hope that happens for you too.

Has your therapist done anything to make you not trust them? Usually therapists are good to help and they listen very well. It sounds like what you need to say is very important. It's also important to remember you're safe now. The people who told you not to tell can't get you anymore.
I think you are very brave for posting and wanting to tell secrets.. Maybe you can draw a picture to give to your therapist or write a note. That may help you come back or the therapist will at least know you want to talk.
