I wanted to discuss why I cut but didn't want to trigger anyone.
oh, something did trigger a switch for me, not sure which thread did it, but now this is hmm not sure, kind of, ummm,, I don't know. anyway, it's not bad.
loum, I'm glad you're getting through it alright and not hurting yourself, and food is taking care of yourself, and I'm glad, and I would help you cook something up too. It seems it's helping you stay grounded in the present?
Sometimes I get triggered to get self-destructive, I don't cut but I do other things, and sometimes it's when someone has criticized me in a way that makes me feel bad and guilty and like I should be punished or something. But that's old reactions that come when I really know now that instead of that it's better to go cook and just move on.
