Thanks for all your comments the other day.
I find posts on FB that I have commented on but have no recollection of doing so. I have conversations with friends on FB that I have no idea of participating in. Not just one friend but it has happened with a few of them. One time I denied knowing a friend from way back on FB and then wondered how in hell I could have forgotten him when we spent a lot of time together. I found my book that had been missing for 4 months in the same place that I had been searching endlessly for. I do drink quite a bit, don't know why, just do. Have been diagnosed with, BPD, bipolor, severe depression and PTSD. Seems every specialist I see gives me a new one. I don't remember my wedding or the birth's of my children and I have 7. I don't remember my childhood. Part of me wants to be alone, but part of me wants to make friends. I'm stressing my best friend out and I'm sure he is getting sick and tired of my mood changes (which I dont remember doing) . Sometimes I wake up all foggy and it stays with me all day no matter how much coffee I drink to snap me out of it.
Any thoughts would be good and appreciated

Sounds like what I go through. I have DID. Thats really hard. Well if you have DID it will take you a while to get through. A lot of working with your other parts and learning to communicate. You could make a journal of questions like "Is there another part of me that exists? If so what is your name and why are here?" Anything you want to know really. If you have DID and your mind is ready for it youll get answeres back.

I could never get sick of you. Youre my best friend. It just gets frustrating knowing the turmoil you are going through and i cant help except to be here for you as much as possible. Being diagnosed with a range of different diagnoses is typical for individuals before being diagnosed with DID. Unfortunately you need to be the one who decides whether you are going to accept the possibility of having DID or look into finding someone who actually specialises in DID who might be able to give you a diagnoses. Whatever you decide Im goiung nowhere and will be here as much as possible.

so sorry u are going thru all this...I have lost a lot of my friends as well coz of the mood swings and what not..but I do want to say that people with DID will push other people with no DID to the extreme, the other person if they really care, they will stick by u and be there for u...it's hard as it's to find people these days who genuinely care about people like us, but i know they are there and I have found one..and it's worth more than 100. I would talk to your best friend and explain what's going on, he doesn't have to understand but if he listens u know that's going in and he would analyze it to the best of his ability and understand..I would however recommend on the drinking, to see if that is something u can abstain from...I used to drink a lot, (alone) and I gained weight and one of my alter is bad and doesn't like to drink or gain weight...had it from him, he gets mad and hurts me bad,...but I think I wanted to lose weight as well and i did along with him and his help...we drink maybe in company one beer and that's it...the best way for us has been to be in the situation we want to avoid to mature and grow as a whole (comprising of all our parts) we don't avoid situations anymore...we face it...I hope something helps u out..take care

There is a lot happening, and it is hard to take in and accept when events go on but we don't remember them. It is an emotional blow. Please know that you are no alone. Get help, if you can. It really helps to have someone to help guide through those kinds of hard days.
