welcome to the group. This group is for all, hosts and alters - and also singletons like me. The group isn't very active at the moment, but can be a good place to get the support you might need. Since I'm not Multiple, I guess I'll never really understand how the choices each one of you makes can impact on all your others. That you seem willing to change the things you do to avoid causing upset to your others kinda tells me that they're fortunate to have you as one of their parts.

I usually tell mine that gets the blame just be a little available in case you are triggered out so the partner doesn't get too angry or hurt by something that happens out of the ordinary for illness
