i can't really imagine how lonely it must be for you. Is integration irrevocable i wonder? Could there be any of you that have always remained totally hidden and simply never integrated? Would it be worth reaching out just in case?
And for perhaps my most stupid of suggestions - would bereavement counseling help? Cos a friend of mine recently integrated by choice, and it feels a little that way for me
