I hope she is done cutting, the idea of self harm (with booze I guess too) probably makes it worse.

I know this will seem like little comfort but i have been able to limit my self harming behaviors to drinking and smoking...which is progress for me...but i have learned other, healthier self soothing techniques that I am working toward. One step at a time...."Progress Not Perfection"
