You aren't born with it.
See, treat each part of yourself as the precious being she is. Then, you will be able to communicate better. Kay may be able to help Kaytee in deciding what to say to friends, while Kaytee may be able to use Kay's anger energy to say "No!" to people & use the energy to build up her confidence.
