For me, joining face to face support groups helped me get out of the house and CONNECT with other people and life again. Yesterday , one of the groups i belong to had a picnic BBQ. It was a real mood booster. Some days, i still stay home and isolate and play video games....LOL
thanks for sharing. I would also add that those who have done work such as you have done...possess great wisdom and have a lot offer others seeking to heal....integration may not be for everyone but healing takes different forms...
