Just because you see someone, a woman, who is very critical of you...doesn't mean you have MPD. What it could be is a form of your subconscious criticizing you. Are there many people(women specifically) who have criticized you a lot??? In your past, or even in your present?? If there are...then it could be as simple as a figure of those women, being put into your subconscious depicting you. Nothing more...you constantly hear the negative feelings that you believe about yourself anyways.
Anything to do with self talk, it starts off as us telling ourselves something...eventually it becomes a big evil monster that appears to be scary or different to the point that we think it's something more then what it truly is. However, I'm not going to say that it's not possible. The best way to find out...is to seek some sort of professional opinion. There's nothing wrong with that. But if you truly want to know...it's best to seek that sort of advice from them. :)
