I'm sad you went through this and NO ONE should ever have to go through such horror! ((tears)) That said, we all have histories of abuse and pain that have brought us on this healing journey to DS. I have a similar horror story. However, those on the board and I am speaking currently from my family have a desire for safety as well not to see this without warning, so I would please ask if you could put a trigger warning on a message like this in the future, so that people are not blindsided right off and triggered and they can choose to be safe and not read it until they are stronger. As soon as I clicked on this it was a trigger from the start, if I had known, we could have been more prepared.

I'm not meaning to offend, but it would be helpful on this board as it's not expected. Note: We are not saying not to post. I repeat that.

Hillary, Try to not be alone with him. Tell an authority that he has sexually harrassed you in the past but that you are afraid he is starting over again. Be aggressive about your protection. Please try to stay safe.

You-all ought to tell someone at the school this guy harrassed you, so that he can't get away with it again.

Sounds like more than harassment, and it sounds like a criminal offense. If others watched and laughed, they were party to the crime. Those who watched but didn't laugh are witnesses who could help you if you take this to the authorities.

I hope you will write a letter, as formal as possible, detailing what happened, when, and who was there, and present a copy of it to the school principle. Keep a copy for yourself, and if the principle doesn't act on it, take it to the police. Yes, you CAN do that. You have every right... way more right than that bastard had in touching you at all.

And I'll tell you what: It feels GOOD to be the one with the power. Secrets give the bad guys power; telling shifts the power to US. I reported a manager at work for sexual harassment once, for making lude comments over and over, even after I told him to stop. He got removed from the store. Afterward, the people who knew I reported him thanked me for standing up to him because they'd all been victims of his harassment in the past.

I also want to say that even though he embarassed you, you don't need to be ashamed over what happened. It was not your fault, you could not stop it, so the shame is his, not yours. That's something we all need to hear over and over until we believe it. You're brave to speak out, and we're proud of you for doing so. I hope you'll write that letter (letters are easier than telling the story out loud sometimes) so that they will stop him from hurting you and other girls.

I had no idea you were so young. What a hard time for you as you probably feel like you can't just walk away. There is a movie called speak it may be a trigger or might help to see it you may find healing in it as I did. If your parents are trust worthy tell them. I have no idea how your home situation is so i dont know how to offer much advice I just want you know I care and believe you and you don't deserve that so do whatever you can to get away from him and that school. Or get him away from you. aka jail!!!
